About the event
This 2-day How to Tell Your Story training is for suicide loss survivors in the Southeast region of Ohio. We will learn how to present our story in a safe and hopeful way about the person(s) we lost, suicide prevention, and grief.
There will be a maximum of 8 participants. Participants must be at least two years since your loss.
This training will be facilitated by Robbie Graham and Denise Meine-Graham. Both are survivors of a suicide loss and are certified trainers in the NAMI New Hampshire SurvivorVoices program.
The training will be held on Friday, August 23 and Saturday, August 24 in person from 9:30-4:30. Event sponsors are the Ohio Suicide Prevention Foundation, The Chase Haley Project, and the Fairfield Couny Suicide Prevention Coalition.
During the pre-program conversation we will decide together if this training is a good fit for where you are in your grief journey. This will be a time for us to learn more about you, your special person(s) who died, your grief journey, and your interest in this training. This will also be a time to answer questions you may have about the training.
Please complete this brief survey which includes dates/times you are available to meet with us as soon as possible. We will send a zoom meeting request based on your survey completion. https://forms.gle/8F11BBMjx1cst8Fx5
