Journey to Hope - Survivor Retreat, NE Ohio

Come and join fellow suicide loss survivors for an overnight retreat in Canton, Ohio. We will begin with a welcome reception on Friday evening and a "Belonging" breakfast Saturday morning for our overnight guests. Then we will begin our day with a short presentation, "Where's the Packing Tape?" - the Necessity of Movement in Grief. The rest of our day will be various breakout sessions with both Active offerings and Stillness offerings - such as: Polyvagal Breathwork, Expressive Writing, Moving Meditation, Bilateral Drawing/Music, Yoga Nidra, and more!

Lunch will be a Baked Potato/Chili/Chicken/Salad Buffet Bar with various beverages available all-day.

WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR?

This is for ANYONE who has lost someone to suicide. It is open for Adults, 18 & over, regardless of relationship.
